Tripurari Kumar holds a Masters in Social work from Delhi University and Strategic Studies from SPPU. With a career spanning over 5 years, he has garnered extensive experience working with India's top political consultancies such as IPAC, STC, Mind Share, and Designed Box. Tripurari excels in formulating innovative campaigns and strategies, leveraging his deep understanding of socio-political dynamics. He has successfully operated in diverse states including Bihar, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Maharashtra, and Karnataka, contributing to his broad political strategy and management perspective.
Ashish Ranjan

​Ashish Ranjan holds a Master's in Journalism, from Delhi University. He has contributed to political campaigns with the Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab, Himachal, and Janata Dal-United in Bihar. Over the past four years, he has extensive experience in political consultancy and analytics, notably with inclusive Minds Showtime Consultancy, JDU in-house team, and Data Mind Analytics. We take pride in our ability to offer comprehensive services, from data-driven analysis and digital strategies to media relations and on-the-ground organizing. Our experience spans diverse political environments, ensuring that our clients are equipped to navigate the unique challenges they face. Director
Dipu Kumar, an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University and Delhi University, has developed robust research and strategy planning expertise. He has worked with prominent political organizations, including TMC, Prashant Kishore's Jansuraj, and I-PAC, and served as a Research Associate to cabinet ministers in Madhya Pradesh. Dipu played a key role in planning and executing Padyatras for Prashant Kishore and Mamata Banerjee. His deep understanding of research and strategic execution makes him a valuable asset in the realm of political strategy.
Anmol Kumar
Associate Director
Anmol Kumar, a Jawaharlal Nehru University alumnus with a Master's in Politics and International Relations, has established himself as a skilled political strategist. He worked with prominent figures like Prashant Kishore and Shivraj Singh Chouhan and has honed his expertise in field Operations, Leader Liaison, Booth Management, and War Room coordination. Anmol's hands-on approach and strategic acumen have been crucial in orchestrating successful political campaigns. His opinions on domestic politics and geopolitics have been featured in respected media such as ABP News, News18, Firstpost, and the Quint. Anmol continues to contribute regularly to various online and offline magazines, sharing his insights on political affairs.

Dr. Nanda Kishor M S

​Dr. Nanda Kishor M S is an Head & Associate Professor at the Department of Politics and International Studies, Coordinator of Centre for Gandhian Studies, Coordinator of SAP-DRS II at Pondicherry University and formerly Head of the Department of Geopolitics and International Relations, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. He holds an M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Political Science from Hyderabad Central University (HCU), Hyderabad, India and completed Postdoc at the University of Leiden, Netherlands, with ERASMUS MUNDUS Fellowship from the European Union. He has been teaching Geopolitics of West Asia, India’s Foreign Policy, Concept of War and Peace in Geopolitics, Terrorism and Asymmetric Conflicts. He was a recipient of the Short-Term Junior Research Fellowship from UNHCR, Brookings, Government of Finland and MCRG (Kolkata). He visited Hochschule University of Applied Sciences, Bremen, Germany, on a short-term fellowship by the DAAD-sponsored program of HS Bremen in 2012. He was part of the International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP) in the United States during June-July 2013. He is Advisory Board member of REVA University, Bangalore and INDIC Research Forum, Senior Fellow at Defence Research and Studies (DRaS) in India, Non-Resident Fellow of Middle East Institute New Delhi, Advisor and Subject Expert for COVINTS, a Bangalore based Risk Analyst Company, Analyst at Islamic Theology of Counter-Terrorism (London), Visiting Fellow to AIDIA (Kathmandu), was Features Editor (Security Studies) of Science, Technology and Security forum (MARG-MAHE). He has several publications in journals and edited volumes. His recent book “Reimagining India in the Geopolitics of the 21st Century” has been critically acclaimed for its theme and content. He has four books in pipeline.

He is currently heading a Major Research Project sponsored by ICSSR. He has been a visiting faculty to several HRDC centres, Indian Naval Academy, Mandovi, Goa and Karnataka Police Academy, Mysore. Dr Kishor has an appetite for languages and can speak 7 languages fluently.

Swayamsiddha Samal is a PhD candidate at Jawaharlal Nehru University, specializing in China's domestic politics and political parties. Her research has been featured in esteemed publications such as Hindustan Times, Firstpost, and South Asian Voices. She has also conducted extensive research on the Chinese Communist Party and its political strategies. In addition to her academic work, Swayamsiddha has applied her research skills to support various political parties in India.

Gudavalli Lokesh, an IIT Bombay graduate, brings over 3.5 years of experience as a political strategist, having worked with top consultancies like IPAC, STC, and DESIGNBOXED. His expertise lies in formulating innovative strategies and executing impactful campaigns, rooted in a comprehensive understanding of political dynamics. Lokesh has successfully led operations across diverse states such as Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Maharashtra, further broadening his perspective on political strategy and management. His leadership skills and strategic insights make him well-suited for a State Lead role in political consulting.
Harbhajan Naik

Harbhajan Naik is an IIT Roorkee alumnus with a B-tech in Biotechnology and Master's in Data science. He has worked with prominent political consultancy like I- PAC, Showtime, and Designed Box. Harbhajan was key in analyzing voter data and trends to guide strategic decision-making. This includes voter segmentation, polling, microtargeting, and managing databases. He provides insights into voter behavior, predicts outcomes, and helps optimize resource allocation. By analyzing data from social media, surveys, and public records. He helps craft targeted messages, monitor sentiment, and track campaign effectiveness, ensuring that the campaign remains responsive and data-driven.

Mr. Deepak Prasad is an esteemed Assistant Professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at NIMS University, Jaipur. He brings a wealth of experience, having previously held positions at GGSIP University, New Delhi, and MATS University in the same domain. His professional journey also includes notable roles as a Public Relations Officer at Amar Ujala and managerial positions in the marketing departments of indiamart, Tradeindia, and justdail. Mr. Prasad has distinguished himself through his research contributions, with several national and international research papers published across various branches of knowledge in mass communication and advertising. His expertise lies in the fields of public relations and advertising, and he has authored three acclaimed books in these areas.
Sudhanshu Srivastava

Sudhanshu Srivastava, an alumnus of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Mass Communication, holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication and has made a name for himself as a skilled political strategist. He has been part of the PR team for Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, worked with Janata Dal (United), and contributed to campaigns for the Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha, Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha, and the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. His expertise spans content creation, research, concept development, monitoring, and coordination.
In addition to his political work, Sudhanshu has collaborated with various Members of Parliament, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Beyond journalism, he also brings experience from the world of cinema.
